MAG Box IPTV Setup — Portal URL, MAC Address & Subscription Activation
Activate a supported MAG Box with RBA Lab using its MAC address and the portal URL supplied by support, then load the assigned service.
Before you begin
For MAG models with an external-portal interface compatible with the assigned service. MAG 254, 322, 420 and newer families can differ in firmware, codec and portal support; confirm the exact model with RBA Lab.
Have the MAG model and device MAC address ready. RBA Lab supports creating MAC-based accounts, but support must confirm compatibility and supply the correct portal URL for your device.
Step 1 — Identify the MAG device
Read the model and MAC address from the device information or label. Send those details privately to RBA Lab so support can verify and activate the account.
Step 2 — Open portal configuration
On supported embedded-portal firmware, open System Settings > Servers > Portals. If these menus are absent or locked, check the model’s documentation and ask support before changing firmware.
Step 3 — Save the assigned portal
Give the portal a recognizable name and enter the exact URL supplied by RBA Lab. Save the settings.
Do not substitute a standard M3U URL or invent a portal address.
Step 4 — Reload the portal
Use the available portal-reload option or restart the box after saving. Wait for the assigned service to load and test an included channel.

A blocked or unauthorized portal can indicate an unregistered MAC address or incompatible account. Confirm the MAC and exact portal with support. If the portal loads but a stream does not play, report the model and affected channel; avoid factory resets or firmware changes as a first response.
