Configure a BuzzTV box with the RBA Lab connection type assigned to your subscription, then confirm the channel list and playback.
Before you begin
BuzzTV software supports MAC, XC and M3U connection types; menus vary by device and software generation. Account availability and connection limits come from RBA Lab.
Connect the box to the internet and identify the installed BuzzTV version. For a MAC account, confirm which device identifier RBA Lab requires before activation.
Step 1 — Open server configuration
Launch the BuzzTV player and open its server or connection settings. Locate the MAC, XC or M3U options supported by your version.
Step 2 — Choose the assigned type
Select the method supplied for your RBA Lab subscription. Do not assume that a MAC account can be converted to XC by changing a menu option.
Step 3 — Enter the connection details
Use the supplied server and credentials for XC, the supplied playlist for M3U, or the provider-assigned portal details for a registered MAC account.
Step 4 — Save and check viewing
Connect to the saved source and open an included channel. Stop extra playback or recording sessions if they exceed the account’s connection allowance.
