These terms describe use of the RBA Lab website and the process for requesting a subscription. Please read them together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
Acceptance and lawful use
By using the website or submitting a subscription request, you agree to these terms where applicable to that use. Do not use the website to break the law, interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access or provide misleading information. If you do not agree, do not submit a request.
Plans, duration and devices
Each plan identifies a subscription duration and a device count. Check the selected configuration and compatibility before requesting a subscription. Device-count limits apply to the plan confirmed by the team. Availability of particular channels, content and compatible devices must be confirmed; the directory is not a guarantee that every item is available with every plan.
Prices and promotional offers
Prices are displayed in USD. Where a promotion applies, the promotional price is shown alongside the crossed-out regular price. Your checkout total reflects your selected plans and quantities. If a price changes before submission, review the updated total.
Requests, checkout and manual confirmation
Submitting an order does not take payment or activate a subscription. Our team confirms availability, payment and activation separately. An order reference is not proof of payment or activation. Subscriptions do not renew automatically.
Your responsibilities and account security
Provide accurate contact information and check the duration, device count, quantity and total. Keep your account credentials confidential and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not send payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information through support messages. You are responsible for lawful use of any service subsequently confirmed to you.
Cancellations and refunds
Contact us if you wish to cancel a request or raise a service issue. Eligibility and the review process are described in the Refund Policy. No automatic cancellation payment or refund is processed by the website. Confirm the relevant conditions with the team before any payment or activation.
Intellectual property and submitted information
Respect the rights of the owners of text, images, software, brands and other materials displayed on or accessed through the website. These terms do not represent that RBA Lab owns or licenses all third-party content, and do not grant you rights to redistribute it. Information submitted through contact and order forms is used to handle your inquiry or request as described in the Privacy Policy. The website does not provide a public user-content publishing service.
Availability and limitations
Website information and services are provided on an as-available basis. Technical interruptions, compatibility limitations and changes in availability may occur. Do not treat the channel directory or general descriptions as an unconditional warranty of availability. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
