Roku IPTV Setup — Compatible TV Players & Streaming Options
Understand the practical options for watching an RBA Lab stream on a compatible Roku through screen mirroring or AirPlay from another supported device.
Before you begin
This guide covers indirect playback only. Roku model, phone or computer, player and stream must all support the chosen sharing method. It does not promise a native Roku M3U or Xtream Codes app.
First confirm that the stream plays on your phone or computer. Check Roku’s model-specific AirPlay or screen-mirroring support and connect the devices to a suitable home network.
Step 1 — Confirm the sharing method
Check your Roku model in its system information. Use AirPlay only on a supported Roku and Apple device; use screen mirroring only with a compatible source such as a supported Windows or Android device.
Step 2 — Configure the source player
On the phone or computer, add your RBA Lab subscription to a compatible player and open an included channel.
Your subscription login is entered in that player, not in Roku’s screen-mirroring settings.
Step 3 — Connect to the Roku
Enable the appropriate Roku sharing option. Select the Roku from your source device’s AirPlay or screen-mirroring controls and accept any on-screen pairing request.
Step 4 — Check picture and sound
Play the channel and verify audio and video on the television. If the player or stream blocks sharing, use a directly supported playback device instead.

Troubleshooting
If the Roku is missing from the device list, check model support and network isolation. If you see menus but a black video area, the app or stream may restrict sharing. Roku casting support for one app does not prove support for another.

This workflow does not provide a native playlist input. The playlist is configured on the source device.
Does every Android phone mirror to Roku?
No. Mirroring technologies vary; confirm compatibility for both devices.

No. Roku model, app support and the individual stream can limit playback. Test your combination first.
